Young men who want to start making millions today have a wide variety business fields to choose from when selecting their careers. The one an individual selects will, of course, depend largely on his particular talents, interest, background, training and experience. HOW TO WORK AND GET THE KIND OF RESULTS YOU WANT
Posted on 30. Dec, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
We all know intuitively the benefits of work, hard work, or working hard. Here are some quick reminders;
“He who does not work, should not eat.”
“The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.”
“Work is a vital part of life.”
“Work is how bills are paid and objectives achieved.”
That was the easy part, right? Over time, I have come to realize that “working”, that is; the actual performance of a task, an activity or duty, is not the real problem. The real problem for the majority of people out there is not their inability to work–laziness, although this is true for some people, but rather their inability to prioritize work–focus! Too many of us spend our lives working on the wrong things first. I work, you work, we all work, but that’s not the point or key to success, fulfillment or greatness in life. The key is not the performance of the activity itself (work). The key lies in our ability to prioritize the activity and organize the performance of the activity.

LAZINESS REDEFINED – how to tell if you’re lazy!
Posted on 23. Dec, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
No one wants to be labeled “lazy”, yet many of our actions are perfect reflections of laziness. When I was much younger, I used to think people weren’t successful because they didn’t know ‘how’ to be successful. As I grew and observed life, I came to another rather painful conclusion; that people weren’t successful not only because they didn’t know ‘how’ to be successful, but because they are simply lazy! Ignorance isn’t the cause of unsuccessfulness; laziness is. People are not living their dream life, not because of lack of knowledge or opportunity, but simply because they are lazy!

HOW TO REALLY SUCCEED AT JUST ABOUT ANYTHING
Posted on 31. Oct, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
To succeed at just about anything, learn how to succeed at just about anything!
There you go. Simple as ABC. Nothing more, nothing else. You cannot succeed at doing any particular thing if you never took the time to learn how success is achieved or attained in that particular field, area or sphere of life. It’s so obvious many people don’t see it. How else do you intend to succeed at doing a thing you never knew how to do successfully? What you must understand is that ‘doing a thing’ and ‘doing a thing successfully’ is not one and the same thing! Both require knowledge, but of different kinds. The kind of knowledge that equips you ‘to do’ is quite different by a large extent from the kind of knowledge that equips you ‘to successfully do’. A lot of people wander through life never gaining the full understanding of this simple truth about success. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is no other than this; ‘those who succeed learn how to do things successfully while those who don’t only learn how to do things’. For success to really happen, there have to be an element of success in your preparation. That element of success is the patience to learn how to do whatever it is you need to do successfully. ‘To do’ and to ‘to do successfully’ are not one and the same thing. Your success begins the day you discover and understand this difference.

WHY AM I HERE? – How to know your purpose! (Part 2)
Posted on 25. Oct, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
There are only two kinds of people in the world; those who like doing things ‘with people’ and those who like working ‘with things’. If you are the kind who likes working ‘with people’, then you are a ‘people person’; and if you are the kind who prefer working ‘on things’, then you are a ‘process person’. What do I mean?
I’m not saying they aren’t exceptions to this. The key is to find out which of the two kinds of persons you are DOMINANTLY. That is; of the two, which do you majorly operate under? It is possible to learn how to be a ‘process person’ if you are predominantly a ‘people person’ and vice versa. Your task is to find purpose by focusing on your predominant side and compensate for the other side by learning their core abilities.

BLOG ACTION DAY '09: HOW TO CHANGE THE WORLD!
Posted on 15. Oct, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
Changing the world begins with YOU! If you don’t live out the change you want to make happen in the world, changing the world will only remain a dream and nothing more. Where to start is not the world or with others, start first with yourself. You have to be a living model of your own dream. You have to practically become the change you wish to see in the world before others would consider changing. For instance, you could never convince me to be neat if you yourself is very dirty. To make me change from being dirty to being neat or clean, i should atleast see the benefits of cleanliness or neatness in you. We humans more than anything else, believe only after we have seen. Believing before seeing is such an alien habit to we humans, we must first see then believe. Anything short of this, will only portray you the change agent as an hypocrite; one who teaches what he doesnt practise. Your ability to influence others to change and imbibe your idea will only be as effective as your commitment to continuously model that idea. In conclusion, changing the world, starts with and from YOU! Don’t preach what you don’t do.

WHY AM I HERE? – How to know your purpose!
Posted on 12. Oct, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
Purpose is what brought you to existence. You don’t exist to choose your purpose; you exist for a purpose. It’s because there was a need (intention) that’s why you were created (intended) as a solution to that need. You are a solution to an existing problem. You don’t question purpose; you submit, obey purpose. No creature questions the intentions of the creator. Your job on earth is to find and follow your purpose. The usefulness of an invention can only be explained by the inventor and not the other way. Conclusively, purpose is the intent of the creator, and it is to be obeyed and followed.

BRANDING: What’s the essence of being different?
Posted on 08. Oct, 2009 by Tito Philips Jnr..
Branding is a marketing tool, and thus, it is a deliberate act. It’s not something you stumble upon; it’s a thing that is creatively developed. A brand is a living entity. It has its own lifespan, personality, and characteristics. Therefore, if you know you can’t make a difference (be useful), don’t try to be different (branding). The following are what you should know about branding – being different (uniqueness) and making a difference (usefulness).
