Prayer is not an alternative to work nor is it an antidote for work. Prayer is the source of energy needed for work. After prayer comes work. Prayer gets us prepared for work. It doesn’t replace work; rather it inspires work and gives direction to our work. We don’t pray not to work; we pray to receive strength for work. Prayer is the guarantee that our work will yield the desired results.

LIVE PREPARED –why it’s important to live each day like it’s the last!
Posted on 10. Aug, 2010 by Tito Philips, Jnr..
We have somehow found a way to put off all the important things in our lives till only God knows when all in our quest for survival. We have forgotten to live and have only been existing doing things which makes us feel empty deep down inside. Seriously, I don’t quite get it. Why would I put off living for the ONE thing I truly cared about till I nearly lost the very thing (life) which was given to me to make that one thing happen?

When there’s nothing more to give other than your life because those you consistently serve have chosen to ignore the good you do; right there and then be at PEACE for the fault is not yours. Why? Because no one person can do all the good there is in the world. There will always be so many more good left undone. Your task is to find the good you’ve been created to do and let others worry about doing theirs also. You MUST not kill yourself trying to do the good you were never created to do. When the world begins to ask you to, there and then, is your moment of PEACE for it shows you did well and now they want you somewhere else wish you can never be!

CREATING WEALTH (4) -Spare time wealth creating activities
Posted on 16. Jun, 2010 by Tito Philips, Jnr..
There are basically two broad classifications of activities that constitute wealth creating activities and they are;
• Preparation
• Execution
As a matter of principle, preparation is the most vital of the two classes of wealth creating activities. As former coach Bobby Knight once put it; “the will to succeed is important. But I will tell you what’s more important; it is the will to prepare!” After all is said and done, fortune will only favor those who are fully prepared to seize opportunities when nature makes them available. The first use of your spare time is in preparing to become the qualified person for the goal, vision or dream you seek. You the dreamer must first and foremost grow and develop yourself to match the size of the dream you seek.

In a very simple term, love is giving someone else your heart totally unprotected AND hoping they will do something nice with it other than smashing it! Nothing more to it really. Sometimes we just want to make it into something big in order to justify our fear of it. The key word in love is the word belief. Looking over my definition you will clearly see the word ‘hoping’ which comes after the conjunction ‘and’ at the beginning of the phrase “they will do something nice with it other than smashing it!” Love really is nothing other than believing the best will come out of something you literally have no control over; the mind of another human being. Because of our incapacity to control the mind of another human being, love is but a risk. Perhaps the greatest risk of all. Why?

The rich ultimately become wealthy not because of their accumulated money (savings), but because of their accumulated systems (assets) that continuously generates a constant source of income. This is the secret of the world’s wealthiest people; they never work (labour) for money, they simply build systems (assets) that makes them money. This is the beauty of building a system; it has the capacity to generate constant unlimited cash flows (income) as well as the power to free you of every physical involvement thus allowing you the luxury of time needed to enjoy the money being generated. Wouldn’t you rather choose this than continue the rat race? The time to start is NOW!

Creating Wealth (3) – Wealth is created in your spare time!
Posted on 02. May, 2010 by Tito Philips Jnr..
How are you spending your spare time? Sleeping? Watching TV or movies? Discussing sports, guys, babes, fashion or politics? Drinking? Clubbing? Or even Facebooking? There a million and one things to do with your spare time, what you decide to do with yours is entirely your choice. However, you must understand that the choices we make determines the decisions we take which ultimately defines the quality of life we live or would live. The activities you spend your spare time on will reflect and determine the quality of life you live. People can tell what you do when there’s nothing to do by simply looking at the kind of life you lead. If your goal is to be financially free and wealthy, then your spare time must be dedicated to the learning, practice and discipline of creating wealth. Wanting it is never enough; your habits which are expressed in your spare time must reflect what exactly you want.
Wealth creation is a function of habits; those things we do during our spare time. If you can form the habits of the rich, you will ultimately acquire the wealth and fortune of the rich. The rich know how to make use of their spare time for wealth creating activities (habits), while the poor engage themselves in wealth draining activities (habits). Knowing the difference between these two realities is the first step to acquiring great wealth.

You’re all that matters, chaos may be all around you, frustration may be eating deep into everyone around you. Can you see something else despite all that is obvious? It all begins with you. You’re all you need to change your reality. One person is enough to change the world so long as that person begins with he or herself.

You cannot save wealth, you can only save money. Why? The source of wealth is not money but assets. Wealth is always generated, built or created from assets not money. Wealth like I said before addresses this questions; firstly, “how much cash flows (income) can your assets (business or investment) generate?” and secondly, “how long can they (assets) continue to generate that cash flow? (Income) Until you can confidently answer these two questions never assume you are financially free; you’re still in the rat race. Never assume your problem of money is over; they are only some days away from re-appearing!

CREATING WEALTH – A lasting cure to financial struggle!
Posted on 13. Feb, 2010 by Tito Philips Jnr..
Conquering the challenge of financial struggle is not a quick fix affair. You cannot fight a chronic illness by simply treating the symptoms. You’ve got to go to the root of the illness before you can effect a permanent cure. You simply cannot cure the illness of being poor by simply injecting some funds every thirty days. If your solution to financial struggle is a constant paycheck from a secure job, then you are far from it; you’re endlessly trying to solve a long term problem with a quick fix solution. You can’t succeed!

We all know intuitively the benefits of work, hard work, or working hard. Here are some quick reminders;
“He who does not work, should not eat.”
“The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.”
“Work is a vital part of life.”
“Work is how bills are paid and objectives achieved.”
That was the easy part, right? Over time, I have come to realize that “working”, that is; the actual performance of a task, an activity or duty, is not the real problem. The real problem for the majority of people out there is not their inability to work–laziness, although this is true for some people, but rather their inability to prioritize work–focus! Too many of us spend our lives working on the wrong things first. I work, you work, we all work, but that’s not the point or key to success, fulfillment or greatness in life. The key is not the performance of the activity itself (work). The key lies in our ability to prioritize the activity and organize the performance of the activity.

Young men who want to start making millions today have a wide variety business fields to choose from when selecting their careers. The one an individual selects will, of course, depend largely on his particular talents, interest, background, training and experience. No one can possibly achieve any real or lasting success or ‘get rich’ in business by being a conformist (conventional). The man who comes up with a means for doing or producing almost anything better, faster or more economically has his future and his fortune at his fingertip!
